Yesterdays Monday Momentum became Tuesday Momentum…and that’s okay.
After surgery, I realized my body needed something my to-do list didn’t understand—rest.
Sometimes momentum looks like checking everything off the list.
Sometimes momentum looks like giving yourself the grace to heal, recharge, and trust that taking care of yourself is moving forward, too.
That’s what I’m doing this week.
I’ll be taking a few days to rest and recover, so this may be my only email for the week. We will take it day by day. In the meantime, I hope you find something here that is valuable.
And remember, give yourself a little grace, too.
